### Welcome

The Weather Company _®_ is here to help you plan each day, from knowing when to toss a sweater in your bag to when your plane might experience turbulence en route. We know that your Personal Data (defined in section “[Personal Data](/content/en-PK/privacy/privacy-policy#personal-data/index.html)”) is important to you. It’s important to us too! We believe in ethical and transparent use of Personal Data.

We have designed this Privacy Policy focused on how you interact with our Services (defined in section “[We Are The Weather Company](/content/en-PK/privacy/privacy-policy#we-are-the-weather-company/index.html)”) and common questions you may have. Check section “[Global Disclosures](/content/en-PK/privacy/privacy-policy#global-disclosures/index.html)” for region-specific information (for example, California, European Union/European Economic Area/United Kingdom, and South Korea), and if you're here for business rather than our consumer weather products, head to section “[Data Collection Outside Our Consumer Weather Products](/content/en-PK/privacy/privacy-policy#data-collection-outside-our-consumer-weather-products/index.html).”
